The Superintendent’s Golf Classic is the longest running fundraiser for the Citrus County Education Foundation. This annual event brings together approximately 150 golfers competing in three flights based upon the skill level of their team. The event includes door prizes, raffles, hole-in-one prizes, and more. All golfers are treated to free breakfast, snacks, and lunch during the event.

The Superintendent’s Golf Classic is part of the Education Foundation’s “Educational Fitness” month each April, which raises funds for our local public school system while promoting healthy minds and bodies.

There is an 8:30am shotgun start for this four-person scramble, with the field limited to the first 144 players. Entry fee is $55 per player and includes golf, lunch, door prizes and hole contests. The event will be held at Sugarmill Woods Golf Club in Homosassa.
